CARD VERIFICATION

In order to carry out the operation of buying / selling digital assets using bank cards, the Coin24.io, has the right to request verification of payment methods. Verification is a requirement of the payment system and is a protection against fraudulent activities.

To verify bank cards, the user must provide:

Please upload a picture of your bank card’s front side, showcasing the website application in the background. The domain name and card number should be clearly visible in the image.

In the photo, you need to capture only that side of the payment card, where you can see the full card number and the date of validation. Please note that the service does not request cvv code!

To pass the verification of a bank card, you need to perform several of the following steps:

Step one
Take a photo of the bank card against the background of the created order on the Coin24.io (the photo should clearly show the card number, the URL of the site coin24.io and your order number).

Step twoIn your personal account, in the “Card Verification” tab, click on the “Add card” button, enter the card number, expiration date and upload photo taken by you from paragraph 1. Wait for the confirmation of the card verification by the manager. Notification of the verification result will be sent to your e-mail address.

The verification process takes up to 24 hours. However, in fact, the verification takes less than 1 hour during business hours.
If the card is not verified within 24 hours, contact the site administration.

We recommend that you verify the card before creating an order on the site, this will help to make the exchange without delay.
Please note that the bank card number in the order must match the previously verified card, otherwise a new card will need to be re-verified.

When making a purchase of digital assets on the Coin24.io website, payment data is verified with the card that the user submits for verification. If the number of the bank card from which the payment was made does not match the number of the card that the user submitted for verification (according to the established requirements described above), the digital asset will not be paid out, and the funds will be returned back to the bank card from which the payment was made, after making the corresponding request on the site, within 24 hours, minus the commissions of the payment system.

Verification of online cards (virtual bank cards/internet cards)

In case of payment with a virtual bank card, you will need to verify the payment method. To do this, you must provide the following data:

Photo of an open card in online banking on the phone in the order, where the card number is clearly visible against the background of the order on the site (your order number and the URL of the coin24.io site should be visible);
Photo of the card in the order, next to a sheet of paper on which the name of the site “coin24.io”, your card number, payment amount, order number on the site and date are written;
Indicate the full number of the card with which the payment was made and the expiration date of the card.

After checking the internet card, your request will be fulfilled. A similar list of data must be provided for a refund to the online card.

Refund of fiat funds in case of refusal to finalize the transaction

If, after payment, you change your mind about completing the transaction and wish to return the fiat funds back to the same card, you need to contact the site administration using the feedback form with a corresponding request, and provide the following data:

The full number of the card with which the payment was made in the text version. (Full card number in numbers, without separators, spaces or dashes. Example: 4242424242424242);

Only after providing all the necessary data to the administration of the resource, funds can be returned to the same card from which they were sent within 24 hours, minus the commission of the payment system. Or you can complete the transaction by verifying the bank card with which the payment was made, and after verification, the cryptocurrency will be paid to you to the specified wallet.

In order to prevent fraudulent activities and entice payments from third parties, this resource performs a detailed verification of the authenticity of payments, and in case of detection of fraudulent activities, the information is transferred to the appropriate authorities.

ATTENTION!

Funds are not returned to another bank card with a different number. Money can only be returned to the bank card with which the purchase of the digital asset was made. Or the transaction will be completed after passing the card verification procedure.

Also, please note that in case of payment for the service with a currency card, a refund is not provided. In this case, it will only be available to verify the card and receive a cryptocurrency payment.

Payment is accepted only in UAH from hryvnia cards of Ukrainian banks. When making a payment on an order from a currency card, the Client undertakes to undergo card verification, since a refund to a currency card is not possible in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Verification of bank cards is carried out during technical support working hours, from 8:00 to 24:00, and can take from several minutes to several hours. Validation of bank cards is carried out exclusively during the working hours of technical support. If you are waiting for verification for more than 24 hours, please contact the site administration and let us know. After passing the verification of the bank card, it will be possible to make payments from it until the expiration of the validity period of the card. At the end of this period, the card will be automatically unavailable for making payments. The number of cards that can be validated on the site is unlimited.
