1. How to register on the site?

There are two ways to register on the coin24.io website:

  1. With a Google account. For this you need to go to registration page and click on the Google icon. After registering through a Google account, you will be redirected to your personal account (user profile). For this type of registration, you must have a Google account and log into it from the browser you use to register.

  2. By using registration form. In the form you need to enter your first and last name, and your E-mail. Then you will need to confirm your e-mail (E-mail), below is described in more detail how this can be done:

    • Register on the site using this link;
    • Enter your name in the “Name” field;
    • Enter your last name in the “Last Name” field;
    • In the “E-mail” field, enter your valid e-mail, on which you will receive a message with a link to confirm your registration;
    • Click the “Register” button;
    • Then go to your specified e-mail box (E-mail) and open the message from Coin24;
    • Activate your account by clicking on the link from the letter, and in the same letter, under the link, your account password will be indicated.

Attention! If you didn't find an email from Coin24, check the "Spam" tab in your email service. Perhaps it is right there.

2. Ways to enter your personal account:

  1. Login to your personal account using Google:
    • To do this, go to the login page;
    • Then click on the Google icon;
  2. Login to your personal account through the login form using your login and password:
    • Go to the login page;
    • Enter your E-mail in the “E-mail” field;
    • In the password field, enter your password from your personal account;
    • Click on the “Login” button;

    Then you will be redirected to your personal cabinet (account).

  3. Login with Google account and two-factor authentication:
    • To do this, go to the login page;
    • Then click on the Google icon;
    • Next, enter the six-digit two-factor authentication code;
    • After clicking the “Confirm” button, you will successfully log into your personal account.

  4. Login with username and password, and two-factor authentication:
    • Go to the login page;
    • Enter your E-mail in the “E-mail” field;
    • In the password field, enter your password from your personal account;
    • After clicking the “Confirm” button, you will successfully log into your personal account.
    • Click on the “Login” button;
    • Next, enter the six-digit two-factor authentication code;
    • After clicking the "Confirm" button, you will successfully log into your account.

3. Exchange of digital assets:

  1. How to create an order?

    How to enable two-factor authentication? On the main page of the site in the calculator, in the left list of currencies, select the payment method, in the right list of currencies you will have the choice of the currency you want to buy.

    • Go to home page;
    • On the calculator in the left list of currencies, select the currency you want to exchange;
    • In the right list of currencies, select the currency you want to receive in return;
    • Specify the exchange amount in the left or right field for entering the value (after entering the amount, the opposite part will be automatically recalculated at the current rate);
    • Then click the “Exchange” button;
    • In the details field, enter your details (bank card number or wallet address) to receive funds;
    • Check out service usage rules, then check the box stating that you have read and agree to the terms of use of the service;

      Also, you can save payment details when creating an order. More details on how to do this are described in paragraph ”Payment details“;

    • After clicking on the “Confirm” button, your order will be created and you will automatically go to the details of your order;
    • After creating the order, you will have the choice to cancel the order or pay;
    • If you click pay, then you will be shown a link or address for payment;
    • After making the payment, you will be shown the status of the order.
    • Please note that if your direction requires verification of a bank card or verification of documents, then after clicking the “Pay” button, you will be shown a warning message on the screen, in which you can familiarize yourself with, how to verify a bank card. After making the payment for the order, follow the prompts in the details of the order and wait for the transfer or disbursement of funds, depending on the chosen direction.
  2. How to create a request for the withdrawal of referral funds?

    You can accumulate a personal balance using cashback and with the help of referral program.

    To withdraw funds from the balance:

    • In the main menu of the site, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to the tab “Loyalty”;
    • At the bottom of the page, in the form for creating a referral order, indicate the amount you want to withdraw;
    • Then choose a payment system;
    • Specify the wallet to which the payment will be played;
    • Click the “Create order” button;
    • Further, an email was sent to you in which there will be a link to confirm the creation of an order for the withdrawal of funds from your balance.
    Attention! If you didn't find an email from Coin24, check the “Spam” tab in your email service. Perhaps it is right there.

4. Bank details:

  1. Adding bank details to your personal account ?

    You can save your details in your personal account and do not re-enter them when creating new orders.

    • In the site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to the tab “Requisites”;
    • Click the “Add details” button;
    • Choose the direction you are interested in;
    • In the “Name” field, sign your card or wallet that you want to add;
    • In the “Card number” or “Wallet” field, specify the card or wallet you want to add;
    • Click the “Save” button.

    Also, you can add details when creating an order using the checkbox “Save details”.

  2. How to remove bank details?

    To remove the bank details, you must perform the following steps:

    • To remove attributes, follow these steps: in the site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to the tab “Requisites”;
    • Select the attribute you want to remove;
    • Click the “Delete” button;
    • Then confirm your action and click on the “Yes” button.
  3. How to change bank details?

    You can change the details if, for example, your bank card number has changed.

    • In the site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to the tab “Requisites”;
    • Select the attribute you want to change;
    • In the field “Name” you can rename it;
    • In the "Wallet" or "Card number" field, you can change the wallet or card number.

    By clicking on a free area of the screen, removing the cursor from the data entry field at the time of editing, the data will be automatically saved.

5. Verification of a bank card.

  1. How to verify a card?

    You may be asked to verify a bank card for an exchange in which a bank card is used. Verification is carried out to avoid fraud by intruders. Verification is performed selectively, depending on the chosen exchange direction. You can find more information about the details of card verification on the page “Card verification”.

    • In the site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to the tab “Card verification”;
    • Then click on the ”Add card” button;;
    • In the “Card number” field, enter your bank card number
    • In the ”Card expiration date” field, specify the card expiration date (expiry date);
    • Click the “Upload photo” button;
    • Next, you need to add photos:

    • Then click the “Save” button.

    Verification of bank cards is carried out during the working hours of the exchange service. The verification process takes up to 24 hours. However, in fact, the verification takes less than 1 hour.

  2. What should I do if the card for verification was rejected?

    If the site administrator declined the card for verification, this means that the photos did not comply with the rules for verifying the payment method. To find out which photos you need to send, you can on this page. Also, in the details of the order for card verification, the reason why the card was rejected will be indicated.

    To resend a card for verification:

    • Click on the rejected card;
    • Read the reason why the verification was rejected;
    • Click the “Resend” button;
    • Click the “Upload photo” button;
    • Choose photos that match the rules of verification;
    • Click “Save”.

    Verification of bank cards is carried out during the working hours of the exchange service. The verification process takes up to 24 hours. However, in fact, the verification takes less than 1 hour.

  • Go to the tab “Contacts”;
  • Enter your name in the "Name" field;
  • In the "Last Name" field, enter your last name;
  • Enter your email address in the "E-mail" field;
  • In the field "Your message" write your appeal to the site administration;
  • Then select the direction “Bank payment” or “Cash payment”, depending on which exchange direction your request belongs to;
  • If you chose “Cash”, then select the country and city of exchange in which you are interested;

After sending the message, expect a response to your E-mail.

7. Personal account settings

  1. How to change the password?

    You can change your password in your personal account. We recommend that you use at least 12 characters, Latin upper and lower case letters and numbers to set a password.

    To change the password:

    • In the site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to personal account settings (gear icon);
    • Go to the "Change password" tab;
    • Enter a valid password in the ”Valid password” field;
    • Enter a new password in the "New password" field;
    • In the “Confirm new password” field, enter the new password again;
    • Click the “Change” button.

    After changing the password, the next time you log in, you will need to enter a new password.

  2. How to enable two-factor authentication?

    To enable two-factor authentication:

    • In the site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to personal account settings (gear icon);
    • Go to the "Security Settings" tab;
    • Click on the item with a checkmark “Use to log into your account”;
    • Next, download the "Authenticator" order in the marketplace Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on the type of operating system of your smartphone;

    • In the order, add a new code for authentication;
    • Scan the QR code with the installed “Authenticator” order or enter the key manually to add a new authenticator;
    • Enter the six-digit code that you will have in the order;
    • Click the "Finish" button.

    The Coin24 service periodically sends emails to its clients. If you do not want to receive emails from this service, you can unsubscribe from the mailing list:

    • In site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to personal account settings (gear icon);
    • Select the "Notifications" tab;
    • Click on the "Distribution" checkbox. The mailing list includes notifications about promotions and messages with congratulations or changes in the terms of the service.
    • Click on the "Service notifications" checkbox. Service notifications are technical notifications about order statuses or information about events related to your account.
    • Confirm your action and click the "Yes" button.

  4. How to change the first and last name?

    You can change this information in your personal account.

    To change your first or last name:

    • In site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to personal account settings (gear icon);
    • In the "Name" field, change to the name you want;
    • In the “Last Name” field, change to the last name you want;
    • Click the "Save" button.
  5. How to add a photo (avatar)?

    To add a photo (avatar) to your profile, you need to do the following:

  6. How to delete an account?

    If you are sure that you will not use the services of this service and you want to delete your personal account, then you need to do the following:

    • Login to your personal account;
    • In the site main menu, select the “Profile” menu item;
    • Go to personal account settings (gear icon);
    • Click the "Delete account" button;
    • Confirm your action, click the "Yes" button;
    • Next, you will be sent a letter to the E-mail to which this account was registered, confirming the deletion of the account;
    • Open the letter. Then click the "Delete Account" button.

    After that, your account will be deleted.
