EXCHANGE REGULATION

Order conditions:

An order for the exchange of digital assets can only be submitted by a registered user of the Coin24.io service. For some operations, the Coin24.io service may request a verification procedure. To pass verification, the client is obliged to provide documents confirming his identity, indicate the correct data in his personal account. It is forbidden to create orders for the payment of funds to the details of third parties. Orders using bank cards are processed automatically. The work schedule by city can be found in the “Contacts”, section by selecting the exchange direction you are interested in. If an order is submitted after business hours, the order will be processed on the next business day, unless it was previously agreed that the order be processed on weekends or outside business hours.

Conditions for fixing the exchange rate:

The rate of the order is fixed by the service automatically at the time of entry of the cryptocurrency or fiat funds during working hours (10:00-18:00 (GMT+2)), as well as outside working hours, upon prior agreement with the service.

Terms of payment for the order by the client:

The site implements automatic acceptance/payment for exchanges from (to) a card of any Ukrainian bank. To make an exchange, it is important to verify the card once. More details can be found in the Card Verification section.

An automatic acceptance/payment for exchanges from (to) a IBAN bank account is possible. To make an exchange, it is important to verify the IBAN account once. More details can be found in the IBAN verification page.

Terms of payments for cashless payments:

• The term of payments depends on the provider, as well as on the bank chosen by the clients. Our service does not have the ability to influence the duration of payments or speed up payments. Now we offer those conditions that are available.

Payments in euros take from 5 minutes to 3-5 banking days.

Payments in hryvnia take from 5 minutes to 3 banking days.

For cash orders:

• acceptance of cryptocurrency is possible within 24 hours after the order is made and the manager confirms the possibility of exchange – the details for payment will be available to the client. After the funds are credited, the service fixes the rate and the address, amount and secret code for receiving cash at the checkout appear in the details of the order.
• Cryptocurrency payment is made within 30 minutes after the client’s physical payment of funds at the checkout. After creating an order, you need to contact the manager in your city and receive confirmation of the possibility of payment – the address, amount and secret code for payment at the checkout will be available in the details of the order. The course is fixed after payment.

Terms of payment for the order by the exchange office (additional conditions for sending funds, depending on the location of the client, if any):

The exchange office sends digital assets / fiat funds after receiving full payment for the created order. In case of payment not in full, the service reserves the right to recalculate the order and execute it in the amount that was received by the service from the client.

The client can get advice about the created order in the online support chat or through the contact details specified in the “Contacts” section.
