An order for the exchange of digital assets can only be submitted by a registered user of the Coin24.io service. For some operations, the Coin24.io service may request a verification procedure. To pass verification, the client is obliged to provide documents confirming his identity, indicate the correct data in his personal account. It is forbidden to create orders for the payment of funds to the details of third parties. Orders using bank cards are processed automatically. The work schedule by city can be found in the “Contacts”, section by selecting the exchange direction you are interested in. If an order is submitted after business hours, the order will be processed on the next business day, unless it was previously agreed that the order be processed on weekends or outside business hours.
The rate of the order is fixed by the service automatically at the time of entry of the cryptocurrency or fiat funds during working hours (10:00-18:00 (GMT+2)), as well as outside working hours, upon prior agreement with the service.
The site implements automatic acceptance/payment for exchanges from (to) a card of any Ukrainian bank. To make an exchange, it is important to verify the card once. More details can be found in the Card Verification section.
An automatic acceptance/payment for exchanges from (to) a IBAN bank account is possible. To make an exchange, it is important to verify the IBAN account once. More details can be found in the IBAN verification page.
Terms of payments for cashless payments:
Payments in euros take from 5 minutes to 3-5 banking days.
Payments in hryvnia take from 5 minutes to 3 banking days.
If the payment is not received within the specified time, our manager will request all the necessary information from the provider.
For cash orders:
Unpaid orders are automatically closed by the system after 48 hours.
The exchange office sends digital assets / fiat funds after receiving full payment for the created order. In case of payment not in full, the service reserves the right to recalculate the order and execute it in the amount that was received by the service from the client.
